Ministry is complicated.
You shouldn’t have to figure it out alone.
After more than 40 years in ministry, I’ve learned the value of having experienced people in your corner. MinistryTogether connects pastors and church leaders with seasoned ministry leaders who can listen, ask the right questions, and offer candid perspective when you need it.

Sometimes you need an outside voice
Leadership gets complicated.
There are staff issues you can’t discuss with your staff. Decisions your congregation won’t understand until you’ve already made them. Questions about your future you aren’t ready to ask publicly.
Sometimes you simply need someone outside the situation who understands ministry, can ask the right questions, and will tell you what they actually think.
Lead Better
Practical lessons about leadership, teams, decisions, change, and building a healthy church.
Gain Perspective
Lessons from 44 years of ministry—and from other experienced leaders worth listening to.
Finish Well
Candid wisdom about character, failure, relationships, resilience, and staying healthy for the long haul.
I’ve Invited Some Friends to Join Me
One of the advantages of being in ministry this long is getting to know some remarkable leaders.
I’ve invited a small group of pastors and ministry leaders I know and trust to be part of MinistryTogether. Each brings decades of experience, but we haven’t all had the same journey. We’ve led different kinds of churches, faced different challenges, and learned different lessons.
That’s important, because sometimes I’m not the person you need to talk to.
My goal is simply to connect pastors with experienced leaders who have been down some of the roads they’re walking now.
