I’ve spent more than 40 years developing leaders and strengthening churches and families. I’ve served in local church ministry, led a national nonprofit, worked with ministry organizations across the country, and coached leaders in the U.S. and Europe.
I’ve learned that leadership challenges are rarely as simple as they first appear. Sometimes the most helpful thing is having someone outside the situation who can listen, ask the right questions, and help you see what you may be missing.
That’s the kind of coach I try to be.
Where I might be helpful
I’m especially helpful to leaders working through questions involving:
- Leadership and organizational strategy — clarifying direction, aligning teams, establishing priorities, and turning ideas into action.
- Women in leadership — navigating the opportunities, challenges, relationships, and expectations that come with leading as a woman in ministry.
- NextGen and family ministry — developing effective ministry to children and families and helping NextGen leaders become stronger leaders.
- Leadership and life transitions — navigating changing roles, new seasons, and questions about what’s next.

How I Approach Coaching
I believe good coaching starts with listening.
Before we try to solve the problem, I want to understand what’s really happening—what you’re seeing, what you’re concerned about, and what you may not have considered yet.
I’ll ask questions, help you sort through the options, and share what I’ve learned from my own leadership experience when it’s helpful. I’m comfortable talking about strategy and organizations, but I’m equally interested in what’s happening with you as a leader.
My goal isn’t to give you my answer. It’s to help you find the best way forward for you, your leadership, and the people you serve.
A Little About My Experience
I began in local church ministry at Seacoast Church, where I served as Children’s Pastor and helped shape leadership development. I later served as a Leadership Community Director with Leadership Network and as CEO of MOPS International, now MomCo.
I’ve also served as Director of Parenting Strategy for the reThink Group (Orange) and Vice President for North America for OneHope. I’m a certified StratOps facilitator and have written four books, including Just Lead and Brave Mom.
Today I coach leaders across the U.S. and Europe, drawing on what I’ve learned from leading organizations, developing leaders, strengthening NextGen ministries, and navigating more than four decades of ministry.
