Geoff and Sherry Surratt are the founders of MinistryTogether. Their passion is to partner with pastors for healthy leaders, healthy families, and healthy churches.

Geoff has been in ministry for 40+ years as a lead pastor, executive pastor and family pastor. He was one of the early pioneers of the multisite church movement, overseeing the campus expansion of Seacoast Church and Saddleback Church. He also served as the Managing Director of Exponential and has authored or co-authored four books including The Multisite Church Revolution and Together. For the past 15 years Geoff has coached leaders across the U.S. and Europe on multiplication, strategy and structure.

Sherry has led at every level in her 35+ years of ministry experienced. She served as Children’s Pastor and helped shape leadership development at Seacoast Church. She also served as a Leadership Community Director for Leadership Network, CEO of MOPS International and Director of Parenting Strategy for the reThink Group (Orange). She is currently the Vice President for North America for One Hope. Sherry has written four books including Just Lead and Brave Mom. Sherry is a certified StratOps Facilitator.

Geoff and Sherry have two kids, four grandkids and no pets. (If they had a pet it would be a dog.)
